SECRETARIAT

The Secretariat is the operational hub of the Coalition. From office management to member coordination and program delivery, the Secretariat ensures PNGRGC remains an effective and organised force for resource transparency in Papua New Guinea.

COUNCIL

The Council is the governing authority of the PNGRGC. It oversees the Coalition’s mission, safeguards institutional integrity, and provides strategic direction for engagement with the PNGEITI Multi-Stakeholder Group.

Governance Structure:

  • 4 Office Bearers: responsible for the Coalition’s executive decisions.
  • 4 Regional Representatives: bringing local perspectives from across Papua New Guinea’s provinces.
  • 3 Ordinary Members: providing specialised insight and continuity.
  • 1 Ex-Officio: providing advisory continuity.
